From the initial assessment / diagnosis by Adam to the repair by Antonio, both gentlemen were prompt, efficient, polite and responsive. They walked me through the process, the work they were doing and provided insight into my system. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking great. My heater unfortunately broke during the holidays and they were very prompt in their ability to come out. They were willing to come out on Dec 31st of all days to fix it. The work itself took a bit longer because a breaker had shorted out and they went out of their way to get a new one from Home Depot. They were thorough and responsive and even wore masks when they entered our home which was greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending it to family/friends. Thank you!

My daughter has used this company and was extremely pleased with everything about them so after a week with our AC unit not functioning, she contacted them to ask if they could come to our home and check our unit. That night, Dustin the owner called me and said he’d have a technician out the Excellent communication to let me know the status of the tech as to arrival time as well as who it would be. Adam the tech was efficient, informative, knowledgeable and personable. He quickly found the problem and I was elated to know we did not need to replace the unit. I appreciated the fact that he was honest about the problem and did not try to convince me a new unit was needed, as many other AC companies have done. Finally a good experience with an AC company.

I can’t recommend TLC enough. First year in my home (10-year-old unit) my unit went out and my Home Warranty Company at the time utilized TLC for the replacement, Everything went great they have been so great to work with I keep them coming by for routine maintenance. More recently I noticed my AC stopped blowing cold. My home warranty wanted $100 for the visit and was going to send out a different company. I got a hold of TLC and they fixed my issue for $75 just the visit cost parts were covered in the Unit’s Warranty. I think I will be ditching my home warranty company but I will definitely keep calling TLC for service.

Very professional and efficient. Got the work done. Was sent by the home warranty for a tune up and they found a few issues. They were able to take care of those and had us call the home warranty to ensure we were not going to be double billed for the service.

I had TLC come out after my home warranty company put me in touch with them. I had a small blip with my a/c unit but it was working fine by the time the tech came. I still had him look at it and to my surprise, he said my unit checked out fine and seemed to be in good working order. Major points for not trying to create a problem that didn’t exist. My only concern is that it was a three day wait. I’m a little nervous that if we have an issue this summer, the wait will be even longer. That being said, making the appointment was a breeze and everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional!
