Preferred Customer-Maintenance Agreement
- Full thorough inspection of the entire system during service visits.
- Priority and Emergency service scheduling.
- 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs and upgrades.
- Includes two seasonal system check-ups (Spring and Fall).

$350.00 one-time yearly payment
or
$100.00 down and $25.00 per month per year
Guarantee & Additional Terms
- TLC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning guarantee our parts and labor for 30 days. Some manufacturers guarantee their parts for up to 1 year, which of course is passed on to our customers.
- Any additional service work required beyond this preventative maintenance or by separate service call will be billed $10.00 below the standard hourly service rate and 10% off parts.
- TLC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning preventative maintenance agreement will be automatically renewed unless either party cancels the agreement. No written notice is required.
- Our warranties do not cover acts of GOD, utility company service, acts of vandalism, or improper use of equipment.
